The governors went in for the election with agendas: Those who wanted to ensure Rotimi Amaechi is not re-elected where hoping that their consensus agreement at the PDP governors meeting would reflect at the main election. But those who insisted Amaechi must continue had decided that they'll vote based on their conscience and not according to any "nonsense" consensus.
