WICKEDNESS: Student's Leg Shattered By Police Stray Bullet



The Student picture above was shot  by police stray bullets in Ilorin as there where trying to make way for their bullion van carrying money to a new generation bank the police man missed a car tyre and shot the boy's leg and shattered it.
