Well, I really do not have much to say about this cos I am just too happy to write epistles according to the paul, today was my induction into the Institute of Customer Relationship Management. It started with a seminar presentation by Mr Segun (A man with so many professional qualifications, if I start now, I may not even finish, MICRM, mnic....m) followed by advice from Mr Ilias. Idris Sagir was the first Inductee to present his paper he spoke on 'the aesthetics and the effects of good customer service, followed by others, opecareem on the other hand spoke on Customer Service in The Tourism Industry.
Thank God it went well, Mr God knows crowned the seminar up by summarising all that we said after which we had a photo session, the tea and meat-pie was really on point mehn! Hehehehehe...Lastly, distribution of certificate was the koko of the day, each inductee were professionally presented with TWO CERTIFICATES, 1. PPGD (Professional Postgraduate Diploma In Customer Relationship Management) and 2. AICRM (Associate Member of Institute of Customer Relationship Management).....its a good thing and I am really proud to be part of it...some of the inductees are: Blessing, Tolu (who was not present) Bisoye, Uju, Ada, Mr Focus, Kendra, Charity, Damilola and many more!
