The Company VIDSON VENTURES (NIG.) LTD was incorporated in January 1990 with the Corporate Affairs Commission Nigeria with Registration Certificate RC 145316.

A holding Company with subsidiaries including VIDSON ALUMINIUM AND VIDSON EQUIPMENT. The pioneer board of directors saw the need in filling a vacuum in the emerging African and particularly Nigeria market came up with the idea of a holding company with diverse interest in civil construction, manufacturing and commerce.
