The much publicised Nigeria Customer Service Awards held successfully on the 31st day of October '13. "But what remains interesting to us is just how important and ground breaking this event is expected to have on the Nigerian business community" -Abuja City Guide.

Abuja went agog that day as winners of the awards flew in from different parts of the country. The award was held at Bolingo Hotel, Abuja.

A excellent keynote address was given by the founder of the concept Aliyu Ilias to kick start the program, Ilias rightly put it "an award of this kind is overdue" considering that companies have been doing business in Nigeria since independence but no due recognition given to those who value their customers.
The award ceremony which was anchored by God's Pickin is an annual award that celebrates service excellence in Nigeria to recognise companies that deliver effective and exceptional customer service with speakers like John Oyinaka and Professor Park O. Idisi who spoke extensively on "Customer Service Excellence in Nigeria".

The awardees could not but share their joy as they flaunt their awards all over, GTB representative promise to continue the good work and they also hope to come back next year while Etisalat Nigeria thanks the organisers for honouring them. According to the NCSA Project coordinator Aliyu ilias the award was a success and there were no hanky panky both during nomination and voting periods.
