With Marvel's Phase Two Initiative underway, a new Thor: The Dark World clip was shown during a German TV special.

Are you going to see the Thunder God and his crew when they hit theaters?

The picture continues the big-screen adventures of Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth), the Mighty Avengers, as he fights against a dark force that threatens Earth and all the Nine Realms. Predating the universe itself, the Dark Elves, led by the vengeful Malekith, return to plunge everything back into darkness.

As Thor fights to restore order, it becomes apparent that this is an enemy that even Odin, Heimdall, The Warriors Three and Asgard cannot withstand.

You can see for yourself that Thor will be up for a hefty challenge this go-around. He will embark on his most perilous and personal journey, as Thor: The Dark World opens in theaters next week on November 8.
