VIDEO: Music star wrecks his N20m 2014 Maserati

In an attempt to prove a point about materialism, a Latin music star, René Pérez has demolished his own car.

This music video titled ‘Adentro’ by Puerto Rican group, CALLE 13, sees René, the group’s frontman destroy his luxury 2014 ‘Maserati Quattroporte Sedan’ with a baseball bat before letting it fall off a cliff.

‘I realized that the car stood for everything that is wrong with society… material goods aren’t what makes life worthwhile,’ René said.

His view about money ruining music might seem to stand as a point but, has he not gone too far being wasteful? Watch the video below…
