President Jonathan seeks $1billion loan to fight Boko Haram


OCB BBpin: 7E314696 Hmmm, I just receive the news that a letter was read during House’s plenary on Wednesday. The letter was sent to the House of Assembly by President Jonathan. In the letter Mr President seeks the House approval to take an external loan of $1bn.
