Former coach of the Super Eagles, Samson Siasia, says the indifference of Nigeria’s football administrators to the well-being of players is the reason they don’t everything when representing the country.

The former Eagles striker, who spoke on Sports Radio this morning, added that it is unfortunate that since Osaze Odemwingie was sidelined with a lengthy injury, no Nigerian official has deemed it fit to call the Stoke striker.

“You can’t expect a player to give his heart out when he knows people that are supposed to care about your general well-being don’t,” he said.
