"Airtel Is Frustrating Me" – Cossy Orjiakor

Talk about entertainment celebrities who do not change their mobile telephone numbers, and actress/singer Cossy Orjiakor’s name will top the list. Cossy does not change her number no matter the controversy that comes her way, she has held onto her Airtel line for over 10years, and she picks her phone any day by herself. However, despite her loyalty and patronage to the telecommunication company, she appears to be frustrated and fade up with their data base system, which she said is absolutely incorrect.

According to Cossy she bought the line from a then Econet dealer in Surulere, and he apparently registered the line with his name, but the actress has since re-registered the line many times with her own name, still the dealer’s name remains in the data.

She disclosed that it become almost impossible for to retrieve the line each time she wants to, as the dealer is considered to be the real owner of the line.

The obvious frustrated Cossy took to social media this morning to air her transaction with Airtel and pleads for the right thing to be done, saying, "Airtel ... pls stop frustrating me... is it that ur data base is corrupt or u need new computers... I can personally donate a laptop.

"Bought my line while it was Econet.. 08023053120. From a dealer 8/10 yrs ago.in surulere  Why is the dealers name still in ur data base.

"Each time I come to retrieve in Airtel office.. same old story.. right now am sitting down in a kiosk. No AC He been calling 743 same story.

"Airtel stop frustrating me. correct d wrong info in ur data. Remove d old man's name & put Cossy Ojiakor. D owner of 08023053120. Thanks."
