Ireland Based Nigerian Rapper @Ladyfunlayo Sets To Take Nigeria By Storm!

She raps beautifully. She is contemporary and classical. She aspires to rap like Busta Rhyme yet unique in her own way. Nigeria born, Ireland based rapper Oluwafunmilayo Priscilla Ayibiowu who simply wants to be addressed as Lady FunL’ayo after her first single titled Omoge oni Bukata's Trust (still making waves) just released another pleasant and outstanding singles titled Alebu(Imperfection) and Procrastination No No No for our listening pleasure.

Lady FunL’ayo said she had wanted to be a singer as far back as in the 80s but it wasn’t allowed in the household she grew up in. Obedient to her parents, she had to let go and ventured into other things, but because true talent never dies, now as a married woman who has the support and approval of her loving husband and children, she is set now to entertain us with inspirational lyrics.

What inspires her? Lady FunL’ayo said her songs are mostly inspired by the environment. 

How the inspiration came again? I met a fantastic singer in a church in Ireland, who happens to be my neighbour growing up, I started writing songs''.with the anticipation of managing her. All lyric arranged and ready to go but she was not fort coming. Though during the process of arrange the song I felt it again. I knew it's something I needed to do myself.

Talented Ireland based Nigerian  female  rapper and Afro pop, hip hop-songwriter, and recording artist and entertainer. Born In Lagos, grew up in Surulere residential and commercial area of Lagos.

Educational Background, Music And Family 

Lady FunL'ayo attended Regan Memorial secondary school.( Sabo) Yaba. Lagos where she spent only one year  and later attended Apata memorial Secondary school Isolo. She studied Theatre arts (Pre degree) University of Ibadan. She also went to University of Lagos.

She model for many years in Nigeria modelling industry in the 90s for over a decade also an entrepreneur. Blessed with lovely children and the best hubby (as best describe) she also further her education in Europe, studying ACCA  (Part Qualified) Presently she's Qualified financial advisor (Dublin Business School) Ireland. she got 100 percent support from her loving husband.
