I gathered from LIB exclusively that Kotaku, a love-struck man in the Guangzhou district in China decided to propose to his girlfriend in the middle of a heart constructed out of 99 brand new iPhones that he bought for the special occasion and invited a few friends to witness the event. And the lady rejected the proposal...LIB also reported that the proposal was filmed and later posted on Chinese social network site, Weibo.
