ZAFAA Nomination, Ilu Oba Gears Up For UK Premiere

Nollywood stalwarts Femi Brainard and Keji Yusuf join their UK cast members at the premiere of Ilu Oba (The Queens Land) at London's prestigious Z'bra Lounge on November 27th 2014. On Thursday November 27th Nollywood’s elite will grace the red carpet to mark the launch of Dine & View at Z’bra Lounge. Actors Keji Yusuf and Femi Brainard join members of the UK cast and Director, Taiwo Oduala from 7:15pm as guest host, actor, Danny Erskine steers this distinctive movie premiere, with due finesse.

Dine & View at Z’bra Lounge is the new concept in entertainment, where good food and the best of Nollywood cinema unite to form the perfect union. Every last Thursday of the month attendees of this ‘invitation only’ event will come face to face with the cast and crew of new, cutting-edge Nollywood movies. 

After the movie screening members of the audience will put their burning questions to the producer and members of the cast, in what promises to be an insightful look into the finer details of the Nollywood movie industry. 

With endorsement from Sky broadcaster, Nollywood Movies, Dine & View at Z’bra lounge is set to revolutionise the way Nollywood audience watch their movies: “This is the pioneering event that the Nollywood movie industry has been waiting for! The launch event is an exclusive press preview, featuring an exclusive guest host, champagne reception and VIP lounge networking even. There will also be a special live performance by one of the finest musicians on the UK afro-jazz circuit.

Z’bra Lounge is a multipurpose venue comprising restaurant, bar, VIP lounge and garden. Now under new management, Z’bra Lounge (formerly Embassy restaurant) specialises in Nigerian cuisine and host regular private events for the general public and Nollywood celebrities.
