Wife Drags Kano Millionaire To Court For Infecting Her With HIV

A house wife in Kano has dragged her husband, Mansur Musa to a Sharia court sitting at Sabon Gari in the State for allegedly infecting her with HIV.

Mansur Musa Nyanya, was dragged to Upper Shariah court sitting at Sabon Gari, Kano State, by his wife, for allegedly infecting her with the deadly virus, early this year. The lady, who sued for N40m, was latter begged to settle out of court with N2m, a fee she out rightly rejected. The suit has been adjourned for another date, most likely for settlement out of court.
