Manchester City has completed the signing of Swansea City/Ivory Coast striker Wilfried Bony for £28m. Bony has agreed a four-and-a-half-year deal at the Etihad Stadium and will wear the number 14 shirt.
Bony is currently on international duty with Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations and could potentially have to wait until mid-February before he can make his City debut.
Wilfred Bony's £28m transfer makes him the most expensive African footballer in history, this is according to BBC Sports. Congrats to him.
