Photos: Chioma Chukwuka, Others Stranded at Airport over ATC Strike

Nollywood actress, Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha and other passengers are standing at the airport, as all airlines are grounded over the consistent strike of Air Traffic Controllers. The strike started few days ago, stopped and continued again today. Passengers who did not get the hint of the strike are stranded at the airport. Mrs. Akpotha who was at the airport this morning, narrated her experience on twitter.

 

"ATC strike commenced at 06:00hrs today. Those who have boarded have disembarked. The airport is rowdy. Thursday 16, 2015. Good morning tweeps.

"ATC (Air Traffic Controllers) are on strike! They have said its for 6hrs and may extend if their demands are not met. Jide people are standing all over. Hope this is resolved soonest. Good morning.

"All flights have been delayed till FURTHER NOTICE!!! #ATCSTRIKE Thursday 16 April. 08:43 hrs."
