Boko Haram Converts College Laboratory to Bomb Factory in Borno

Boko Haram has reportedly converted a college science laboratory into a bomb-making factory in Borno State, army authority said. Boko Haram captured the central town of Dikwa in northeast Borno State and converted a chemistry laboratory of the state College of education to a bomb-making factory where the insurgents manufacture Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

"Troops of 7 Division Nigerian Army conducting mop up operations to clear Dikwa and envrions of Boko Haram terrorists discovered that the terrorists have converted the abandoned Chemistry laboratory of Dikwa College of Education into an Improvised Explosives Devices making factory," Acting Director Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Usman stated in a statement.
