Scores Killed As Bomb Blast Hits Cattle Market
After what seemed like a week of silence from the dreaded terrorist group, Boko Haram, an explosion went off today at a cattle market in Borno state, leaving as many as 50 people dead.
The bomb was reportedly detonated by a female suicide bomber and although there has been no claim of responsibility, it is assumed that today’s attack is the work of Boko Haram.
The attack took place near a cattle market at around 1:30 p.m in the Sabon Gari area.
