Photo: Protesters Storm Ondo Highways, Kick Against INEC Naming Jimoh Ibrahim PDP’s Governorship Candidate

INEC released the names of candidates of party's yesterday evening for the November 26 Ondo State Governorship elections, saying it is the final list? Jegede's name was removed, while Jimoh Ibrahim was declared PDP's candidate, but that didn't seem to go down well with some residents who have now trooped to streets, highways burning tires and protesting against the decision.

Some people have also hurriedly locked up their shops with some staying in doors for fear the protest might escalate.
