Video: Jacobs Zuma caught sleeping in Parliament


 
On Thursday morning South Africans are waking up to the news that President Jacob Zuma may have nodded off during the Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan’s lengthy statement in the parliament on Wednesday. The minister presented his budget statement over the economy pressure and education funding. See video below
