The MakeUp Fair Series moves to Owerri Imo State as POPs Concepts presents the first Owerri Makeup Fair (OMUF) which holds April 27th ,2013. The Owerri MakeUp Fair (OMUF)  is the 5th edition in the makeup fair series.
