Movie Review: Joseph Benjamin, Hlomla Dandala & Yvonne Okoro In Romantic Comedy “Contract”

Contract is a romantic comedy starring Joseph Benjamin, Hlomla Dandala and Yvonne Okoro playing the main roles.



The Nollywood production directed by Shirley Frimpong-Manso and produced by Ken Attoh follows the story of Peter Puplampo, played by Hlomla Dandala who in his quest to find a woman meets a crude but intelligent woman who is not in any way impressed by the wealth and affluence he possesses.



Peter plays the part of the typical single African alpha male, who likes to play around with women without being tied down by the limitations of marriage. Despite his mother's please, threats and constant bickering, he sticks to his guns to become a staunch, unyielding bachelor.



Wanting to have a child outside wedlock without being married, he soon starts a contract relationship with Abena Boateng, played by Yvonne Okoro. The contract involves 20,000 Cediswith clear-cut do's and don'ts before the baby is born as stipulated by a Lawyer.



The movie features superb acting from the characters especially Hlomla Dandala. In all the movie is a delight to watch with its many twists and turns; a very good romantic-comedy movie with a superb climax.
