Meanwhile, we has learnt the heavily hyped debut issue has recorded very poor sales round the country.
Despite having a grand launch in Nigeria and another in Ghana attracting top guests, the 336-paged magazine is not selling on the streets or high end stores.
'Vendors are not picking up the magazine, it's too voluminous and way to expensive', an insider in Monalisa Chinda's camp told NET.
Many have however described it as collectors' item worthy of international market, while some opined that she was trying too hard, especially in a publishing industry where print sales are at an all time low.
In a subtle response to her primary (Nigerian) market, the second publication of the magazine is expected to be between 250-280 pages as opposed to the previous 336 pages.
A source disclosed that 'Monalisa is finding publishing very different from acting, yet she seems very determined to make it work'.
No word yet on who will cover the second edition.
