An adult film star who had a banned procedure to give her a whopping O cup fears her massive breasts will kill her. Mega-busty Elizabeth Starr, 44, had now-illegal "string" implants to boost her career. But the mum-of-two says her life has been ruined by her super-sized chest .

Elizabeth has undergone 63 corrective procedures to try and fix her boobs. But doctors say her 44-inch chest could lead to blood clots or infections. And the only way to save her life is a double mastectomy to remove her breasts.
Elizabeth, from Las Vegas, had a natural breast size of 36D.

But 15-years-ago she had polypropylene bréast implants to pump them up to mammoth proportions.She made a career out of her giant chest – starring in films such as Bustin' into Las Vegas and Big Boob Strippers.
But now Elizabeth, who is 5ft 6 in and weighs around 123lb, may need her bréasts removed to save her life.Controversial polypropylene implants work by absorbing water and fluid from the body causing the breasts to swell.

This causes continuous expansion of the bréast after surgery often leading to extreme bréast sizes.The implants have led to some of the largest bréasts ever – but the procedure is rarely seen outside of the adult film entertainment industry due to the risks concerned.
The operation is now banned in the European Union and United States due to health fears.
