Even Android’s own fans acknowledge that Google Play’s app store needs a lot of improvement when it comes to discovering new apps put out by small developers. App Dialer

If you’re a compulsive app downloader who has trouble organizing everything you’ve installed on your phone then you may want to consider using App Dialer, which lets you “dial up” any apps you have by using a classic phone dialer that brings up apps for you based on the first few numbers you type in. So for instance, if you click on “2″ and “4,” which both contain the letters “C” and “H,” App Dialer will guess that you may be trying to bring up the Chrome browser. The app will prioritize apps by how often you use them so you should be able to quickly access all your favorites without having to dig through folders.
