A routine shooting lesson turned fatal when a young girl mistakenly killed her instructor.
39-year-old Charles Vacca was teaching the girl how to use an Uzi rifle when she accidentally shot him in the head.
The lesson was reportedly going fine until the gun was set to the “fully automatic” mode.
The girl as seen in the image above,was being coached by Charles Vacca ,39 when she pulled the trigger.
According to reports,the girl had successfully fired the 9mm weapon
several times in “single-shot” mode before Vacca changed the setting to
“fully automatic” mode..The gun recoiled and it went over her head
,firing him.
The unnamed girl was at the shooting range with her parents who took the images .
