All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential aspirant, former Head of
State, Gen Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) has written an open letter to APC
delegates, who are attending the party's convention heralding the
presidential primary election on December 10. Buhari in the letter
reminds his fellow party members that history and change that will come
to Nigeria is with them. He asked them to perform according to their
best judgement, and patriotic conscience.
