40 Armed Men on Motorcycles Storm Lagos, Block Lekki

Reports coming from Lekki area of Lagos state has it that about 40 men on Okada are blocking the roundabout on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1, leading to Lekki/Ikoyi link bridge. The men are armed with cutlasses, and most are wearing red bandanas. Eyewitnesses are tweeting their experiences…
