Choi!... I like Naija guys ehn.... imagine.....government officials who are supposed to live by example are the ones breaking the laws. We also have our camera phones...if we catch you...na to snap sure pass oooo..you know if you drive in Lagos and make a call at the same time, LASTMA, FRSC officials, VIO, even policemen will stop you and arrest you. A twitter user who was seated in the passenger side of a car spotted this LASTMA official making a call while driving an official vehicle, took a photo and reported him on twitter. ghen ghen...now OCB has this.... I hope the man will be querried.
