UNILAG professor flogs students for coming late to lectures (photo)

A University of Lagos (UNILAG) Professor of English, Prof. Daramola was pictured flogging students for attending lectures late!

Now this typically happens in Secondary and Primary schools in Nigeria but for a University??? LOL!
