President Muhammadu Buhari has on Monday presented budget of N8.61trn for 2018 based on crude oil benchmark of $45 and production of 2.3 million barrels per day.
The president received a standing ovation from National Assembly members after he after he laid the ‘Budget of Consolidation’ Proposals.
