Scandals ranging from husband snatching to s3xual immorality are synonymous with Nollywood acts, and these have affected the image of many Nigerian actors and actresses.

Mercy Johnson has always been in the news even before her controversial wedding to Edo big boy, Prince Odi Okojie on Saturday, August 27, 2011. The lady hit the news headlines when she was pictured exposing her private part at an event. It was obvious in the photograph that she did not wear pant or bra. Her wedding became an issue, which was feasted on by the print media as she was alleged to have snatched someone's husband as revealed by one Lovelyn, a supposed wife of Prince Okojie. Funke Akindele & Babajide Awobona Attacked By Armed Robbers
Actress Funke Akindele and Fast rising actor Babajide Awobona were seen in this pictures attacked by some armed guys....reasons I don't know, but according to a source who was on the movie set says its (the movie) gonna WOW the audience and he revealed that It's a story of one guy named Oyeniran (Babajide Awobona) a cultist, youngest of all who snatched the number one's girlfriend....
The one that got my attention was the part where oyeniran (Babajide Awobona) was forced to sleep with his sister (Funke Akindele)....that's kinda harsh...is that what you get when you snatch No. 1's Girlfriend, let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for "OMO ESU" (the movie title) to storm the market.....

Funke Akindele making another ‘Jenifa’ movie

According to sources close to the actress, casting and location sourcing have already begun for the movie which already has three parts. The fourth part will feature Jenifa’s life in the US.
Funke confirmed the reports on twitter when asked by a fan.
The first installment released in 2008 received four nominations at the African Movie Academy Awards and also earned Funke the award for the ‘Best Actress in a Leading Role’.
