Arrest Me If My Convoy Break Traffic Rules – Gov Amosun

Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun says he expects the new state Traffic Control boss, Fatai Olaseni Ogunyemi, to apply the full weight of the law so as to enforce discipline. Amosun stated this Monday while decorating the new Commander and Chief Executive Officer of Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) during the State Executive Council meeting.

Going by the letter obtained by Punch yesterday, one can easily say that the Ogun State Governor and his Deputy are not in good terms as the State Deputy Governor has accused the incumbent Governor of ‘maltreatment’ and neglecting his office even though he is still very much in power. According to the letter I read, he said his official car has broken down, the electricity in his house where he lives with his family disconnected, his vacation money withheld, Government owing him his pocket money for two months now and the list goes on. Good News!!! Governor Amosun Drastically Reduces Tertiary Institutions' School Fees.

Remember Governor Fashola did the same In LASU, so to the students of Ogun State governor Amosun has approved an across-board reduction in tuition fees of all state-owned tertiary institutions  

 Ogun state Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mr Segun Odubela, told journalists that Governor Ibikunle Amosun has approved a new tuition fee regime, effective from the 2014/2015 academic session.
