Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike accuses immediate former governor, Rotimi Amaechi of forming a cult group aimed at causing unrest in the state. While speaking during the Commissioning of the Kpopie-Bodo Road in Gokana Local Government Area on Monday, the Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, accused his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi of forming a new cult group with an aim to cause a security crisis in the state. The governor who spoke at the event as part of activities to commemorate two years anniversary of his administration, alleged that the new cult group formed by the former governor has been christened new rivers cult group.

The Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, on Monday accused the Minister of Transportation and immediate past governor of the state, Rotimi Amaechi, of forming a new cult group with the aim of creating security crisis in the state.
