The 'oldest man in the world' has died aged 123. Appaz Iliev, who had eight children, 35 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, previously said the secret to his long life was going to bed at 7pm and getting 11 hours sleep a night. The "loving old man" from Russia also attributed his longevity to avoiding alcohol, smoking and medication.
