Pastor William Kumuyi, the General Superintendent, Deeper Life Christian Ministry, who just returned from a tour of some Northern and Southern States, speaking during a special Sunday service held at the International Bible Training Centre, Ayobo, Lagos said what Nigerians need is hope and change from within. The Pastor says the change will directly begin from us and if we all focus on taking the country forward including our leaders, Nigeria will get to where it ought to be.

Over the weekend, General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Kumuyi revealed how his prayer healed an Ebola patient in one of the Ebola infested countries. Speaking at the National Deeper Life December Retreat, the man of God said he would not disclose the name of the country where his prayer healed the patient.

Respected cleric and General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, has countered the predictions that Nigeria would split in 2015. The former university don assured that regardless of the ongoing political tension, insecurity and predictions that Nigeria would break up in 2015, the country remains indivisible. He spoke on Tuesday during a media briefing for the commencement of the Deeper Life Bible Church three-day crusade at Eiyenkorin in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

Pastor Kumuyi of Deeper Life Church features in New Movie

Founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor Kumuyi has featured in a new gospel movie titled, Snare valued at about £1 million (N270 million).

 

Pastor Kumuyi allegedly played the role of a preacher in the movie, alongside native and international actors such as Branston Cosby, Steven Baldwin and Phil Tan Carl Cameron.

The movie was created in honour of late Hubert Adedeji Ogunde, a Nigerian Actor, playwright, Theatre Manager and musician who died 24 years ago.
 The new gospel movie is titled "Snare" valued at about £1 million (N270 million).

Pastor Kumuyi Forgives His Son For His Extravagant Wedding

Seven months after suspending his son, John Kumuyi, for staging what is considered 'an extravagant wedding' in Deeper Life doctrine, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi has re-instated him as a pastor in the church after he and elders of the church forgave John and his wife, who were jointly suspended.

It would be recalled that John had allowed the society to influence him and thus ignored his father's teachings in the preparations for his wedding and the wedding proper. His wife had put on make-up and a séxy wedding dress. They even hired an executive limousine for the wedding that took place in Jamaica. Some members of Deeper Life church in Nigeria were outraged by the pictures from the wedding which they aptly described as flamboyant, when compared to what other members of the church are permitted to wear for their own wedding in the same church. Below is one of such bitter comparison and complains... 

Anyway, Pastor John has apologized and the church elders have all forgiven him. So, it's now case closed!
