Actress Liz Benson Makes A Come Back In “Mummy Dearest”- See Behind-The-Scene Photos

Nollywood actress, Liz Benson now Liz Ameye who ruled the silver screen in the early 90s with roles that made her stood out in movies such as “Glamour girls”,“ Diamond ring” and the popula Tv series “Fortunes” among many others.
Liz Benson makes a comeback in “Mummy Dearest”, a movie which shows how a dedicated and committed mother,Rose tries to stay connected to her five(adult) children who live in various cities. Her last and only son,Chijioke is unresponsive to her attempts at staying in touch because he is preoccupied with life,work and friends. Chijioke is compelled to embark on a journey of self discovery and reconciliation when his colleague at the office losses his mum.
“Mummy dearest” was inspired by the lifestyle of Mrs. Rose Ibeawuchi and Mrs. Abigail Ozige who are mothers to both the writer /director, Willis Ikedum and wife who is the producer,Chioma Willis-Ikedum.
The movie is set to debut in cinemas on Mothers’ day 2014.
