say they even sleep much better.
6. Practice yoga
When paired with walking, yoga
may be a perfect way to stay fit during your pregnancy. So find a good
trained yoga instructor and begin your yoga routine. Yoga will help you
with the breathing problems, back pain, cramps, and mood swings.
