After Failed Presidential Attempt, Kwankwaso Sets for Senatorial Race

After his failed All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primaries, Kano State Governor, Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is set to join senatorial race. Kwankwaso disclosed that his supporters have been calling him to run for senate after his failed presidential bid.

According to him, “Being in the Senate will help in no small measure in tackling the talkative who have nothing to offer for the unity of the country”.

 

Kwankwaso is from Kano Central Senatorial district where former Kano commissioner for works and housing in his administration, Abba Kabir Yusuf has been elected as APC senatorial candidate.
