Former Vice President has conceded defeat in the ongoing presidential primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC by congratulating General Mohammadu Buhari.

According to Sahara Reporters, Buhari had about 5,000 votes, while ex vice-president Atiku Abubakar, had 954 votes.
He defeated Abubakar, Rabiu Kwankwaso, current Governor of Kano State; Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha, and Sam Nda-Isaiah, publisher of Leadership newspapers, to secure the ticket.
