EFCC to Contest Fani-Kayode’s Acquittal in Federal High Court

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has said it will challenge the acquittal of former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode by a federal high court.

The former aviation minister was discharged and acquitted of laundering almost N100 million while he was the minister of aviation in 2006. The EFCC had filed the suit against him in 2013.
