Users of social media in Nigeria who are known to be creative with jokes which are used mostly to mock the political happenings in the country, has taken it up a notch oncemore in the trending topic - Missing 2016 National Budget.
The missing National Budget is the latest mishap that just befallen the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Senate under the leadership of Senator Bukola Saraki.
It can be recalled that Borno senator, Ali Ndume allegedly raised the alarm about the missing budget which was needed for ratification by the lawmakers as the controversy behind the awkward development is yet to be authoritatively unraveled.
