Turai Yar’Adua’s Housekeeper Arrested Over N91million

The Police in Katsina State said it had arrested a 60-year-old housekeeper of Hajiya Turai Yar’adua, the wife of the late President Umaru Yar’Adua over missing goods worth N91m. The State Commissioner of Police, Usman Abdullahi, said this while briefing newsmen on Tuesday in Katsina.

Former First Lady, Turai Yar’Adua Visits Obasanjo

On Saturday the former First Lady of Nigeria, Turai Yar’Adua, visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo in his residence in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Mrs. Yar’Adua, reportedly accompanied to the former president’s residence by businessman Kenny Martins, met privately with Mr. Obasanjo for more than an hour before departing in a convoy of three cars, PremiumTimes reports.
