Photos: Lagos Governor, Fashola Reunites With His ‘Bible Knowledge’ Teacher 38 Years After!

 

Wow!!! Mr. Babatunde Fashola, hosted his former Bible knowledge teacher at Birch Freeman High School, Surulere, Mrs. Felicia Iyabode Adefunke Akinola in his home, in Ikeja on Monday, December 22, 2014.

Mrs. Akinola taught him in 1976 and back then, they were each other favorites (favorite teacher, favorite pupil).
They reunited for the first time in 38 years following the Governor’s invitation.

   

It was a platform for the governor to appreciate the contributions Mrs. Akinola made in his life, while using the opportunity to extend the same appreciation to all teachers in the state, both serving and retired.
